- Items typically ship within 1 to 2 days from the date of your order. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order ships. We ship ground and express via UPS or Fed Ex. Our shipping rates are calculated live from UPS & Fed Ex. (Some orders may be placed via USPS depending on the shipping locations, all USPS orders will be expedited Priority 2-3 days) We do not accept international orders at this time, we ship throughout the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.

If you are not completely satisfied return your item in the same condition and original packaging in which you received it, including parts and accessories within 30 days of the receipt of purchase no questions asked! When returning the item, please call us toll free at 866-661-9958 to obtain return information.- Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent).
- If you’d like an exchange we will ship a new item to you free of charge. However you are responsible for returning the original item.
We encourage you to send your return via UPS or FedEx. Please keep all copies of shipping receipts including tracking numbers for proof of return delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. Return packages must be prepaid.
